Aajonus noted and quoted certain questions, answers and subjects that were important to communicate to Primal Dieters. He placed these in a folder on a hard drive to further prepare at a later point. These are labeled as he labeled them. He named this collection of data The Food Book.
The Food Book is an e-book.
As is the case with his books We Want To Live: the Primal Diet and The Recipe for Living Without Disease, he intended this information to be used to regain and improve health. One point can be significant at one time and another point can mean a lot at another time. Personally, I have had some realizations and have made some important and very beneficial changes in my regimen as a result of covering this material.
