RHEUMATISM is acute and chronic stiffness of the muscles with pain in the joints. Usually, that results from low blood protein sugar accompanied by lack of enzyme-mutations for eating cooked green and yellow foods. Avoiding cooked green and cooked yellow foods, and eating raw foods, including raw pineapple with raw meat and raw fat usually resolve rheumatism.
