Intestinal cramps

INTESTINAL CRAMPS: Eating ½ an avocado with ½ a papaya usually stopped cramping within 20 minutes. Eating honey/butter mixture (1 part honey to 4 parts butter) often throughout the day soothes the intestines. Eating raw custard once daily improves digestion and intestinal ease.
