Prior to getting into [your recommended] food, nutrition and healthful living, my health was terrible. I suffered severe (clinical) depression, and often felt suicidal. I also often felt very fatigued, had a terrible complexion, and took many pharmaceutical drugs (antidepressants, sedatives, and antibiotics). I had practically zero self-esteem. I felt physically and emotionally ruined. That went on for a few years. Raw food was one of the biggest and most powerful factors in turning myself and my life around, dramatically for the better. Since then, things have only gotten better for me and my life, exponentially.
